MEET DEVOTED TO YOU!
Devoted To You was founded by lead planner and designer, Melissa Crawford. After working in early childhood education and as a dental assistant for 10 years, she decided to go after her true passion and dive into the world of weddings.
Devoted To You was started with a leap of faith (we started on Craigslist!), hard work, long hours, a sprinkle of wild & crazy (you can’t be in the wedding business without it!), and a lot of heart. Melissa combined her love of people with her enthusiastic outlook on life to build a company that represents authenticity and relationship-based interaction.
She has been planning, coordinating and designing weddings in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas for over 8 years now and specializes in planning weddings for the creative & eclectic couple. Creativity, innovation and diversity in planning have always been of the utmost importance. What started as a one woman show back in 2011, quickly grew into a team that now includes 8 amazing women. Together, they’ve done over 300 weddings.
MEET VICTORIA
Victoria joined the team an an assistant coordinator during the pandemic and quickly picked up on all the ins and outs of wedding planning. In 2022, she became a full time lead coordinator for Devoted to You. Her years of experience working in and managing restaurants and coffee shops has translated perfectly to the wedding industry. She is attentive to details, attentive to the couple, a creative problem solver and excels at behind the scenes tasks, assisting and leading weddings.
In addition to being a wedding planner she is:
A cat mom to two fur babies, Jack and Marceline
Obsessed with plants and learning everything there is to know about them
A romance sap…no matter how long she’s known the couple, she cries at every ceremony!

MEET LACEY
Lacey started with Devoted to You back in 2016 but at the time, our team was full and she came on for a few free-lance weddings where we needed extra hands. Fast forward to 2019 when stepped in and quickly grew into an assistant position and then started taking on more leadership roles as we moved through the season. She works full time as a third grade teacher for Pittsburgh Public and like Stacey and Kaitlin, just has that natural take charge and work hard attitude and her attention to detail is spot on.
In addition to being a wedding coordinator she is:
A mom to two beautiful baby girls
An extreme coffee lover (I mean mom+teacher+wedding planner so basically bleeds coffee haha)
An avid reader

MEET MORGAN
Morgan started with Devoted to You back in 2016 as an assistant coordinator, was quickly promoted to lead coordinator and then accepted the position as associate planner. Her intuition and natural ability to interact with people along with her creative out of the box thinking are just a few of the qualities she brings to each wedding she plans. Her love of weddings began when she helped plan her sisters wedding by calling venues and vendors and dreaming up designs when she was only 12 years old! She went to Point Park University and graduated with a degree in sports, art and entertainment management.
In addition to being a wedding planner she is:
A coffee aficionado
A lover of travel and trying new things
A professional (basically) cake tester
